1、 Is it too soft?
A very soft seat, like a very soft mattress,
does not give enough support.
2、 Is it too deep? Seats should not be
deeper than the length of the average thigh.
Your buttocks should be at the back so that
you can get support without having to slump.
3、 The angle between the back and the seat should
be close to a right angle.
4、 Does the back force the spine into exaggerated
forward or backward curves?
5、 is the seat a level surface without dips and bumps?
The work chair and the dining chair have
special requirements. The seat should not be
lower at the back than at the front.
